The red band trailer for “Neighbors” shows the rapid decline of an idealistic street gone horribly wrong and a new family’s way of life threatened. But — you know — in a funny way.
Mac Radner (Seth Rogen) and his wife Kelly (Rose Byrne) are raising a newborn baby on a quiet street until a fraternity moves into the house next door. That’s when all hell — and fun — breaks loose.
Dave Franco, Zac Efron, Christopher Mintz-Plasse and Jake Johnson are taking down the community one wild party at a time. From the porch next door, the Radners desperately try to fit in, but a prank war fairly quickly turns felonious.
“Neighbors” also stars Lisa Kudrow and Jason Mantzoukas. The raunchy comedy comes out May 9, 2014.
