Mikey Madison won the red carpet in archival Tiffany & Co. jewelry and custom Dior couture
In addition to taking home the Academy Award for Best Actress on Oscars Sunday (March 2), “Anora” star Mikey Madison also won the red carpet with a series of looks that channelled old Hollywood.
For the 97th Academy Awards ceremony, the 25-year-old actress and her stylist, Jamie Mizrahi, selected a necklace from the Tiffany Archives in platinum-iridium with diamonds which dates back to circa 1909 to 1919, a bracelet in platinum featuring diamonds of over 17 total carats, a ring in platinum with diamonds of over nine total carats and a ring in platinum with a pink tourmaline of over six carats.
Madison’s Oscar dress meanwhile was a reproduction of a Bal à Paris gown originally designed by Christian Dior for the spring/summer 1956 collection. Initially produced in white organdy satin and black velvet, it was recreated in pink double face silk satin topped with a bustier in black velvet adorned with a pink bow. The creation was reproduced custom for Madison by the Dior Couture Atelier and creative director, Maria Grazia Chiuri and took more than 400 hours to recreate.
For the Vanity Fair Oscars party, at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in Beverly Hills, the actress changed into a Dior Salzbourg Autumn-Winter 1956-1957 Haute Couture dress and shawl in black silk faille. Again, an original creation by Monsieur Dior that was reproduced by the Dior Couture Atelier.
She paired the after-party look with a Blue Book 2024: Tiffany Céleste Ray of Light pendant in platinum and 18k gold with pink spinels of over 10 total carats, a red spinel of over four total carats and 454 round brilliant diamonds weighing over 24 total carats. The star completed her look with diamond stud earrings and rings in platinum, one featuring diamonds of over eight total carats and the other featuring a pink tourmaline of over six carats.

Inside Vanity Fair’s Star-Studded Oscar After-Party
As soon as the Governor’s Ball wrapped up on Oscars Sunday (March 2), the winners made their way over to the annual Vanity Fair Oscar party in a custom-designed space that connects the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts with Beverly Hills City Hall.
This year guests entered through a pair of “speakeasy” doors, passing through a tunnel lined with shimmering silver drapery and past a beauty Touch Up Bar courtesy L’Oréal Paris, before emerging onto the red carpet.
Inside, the space has been transformed into a sunken upholstered living room, reminiscent of certain 1960s Hollywood Party homes, where guests including Nancy Pelosi, Blondie, Katy Perry, Orlando Bloom, Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez mingled with stars such as Lupita Nyong’o, Kyle MacLachlan, Mark Hamill and Cynthia Erivo.

In one corner Hailey Bieber, wearing a vintage Saint Laurent gown and Tiffany & Co. earrings and a ring in platinum and 18k yellow gold with diamonds, a Tiffany Victoria mixed cluster bracelet, and a ring in platinum with an aquamarine, chatted to Zoë Kravitz.
In another Dwyane Wade, wearing a Prada tux and a Jean Schlumberger by Tiffany & Co. Bird on a Rock brooch and watch, and Gabrielle Union, in a Carolina Herrera gown and Jean Schlumberger by Tiffany & Co. necklace and rings with a Tiffany Forever band, caught up with John Legend and Chrissy Teigen.

Hannah Einbinder, Louise Jacobson and Elle Fanning meanwhile made their way over to the danceteria, presented by Tequila Don Julio, where DJ’s Mr. Furbzz, DJ Ruckus and DJ Politik spun records while a four inch diameter disco ball overhead spun reflections around the room.
In addition to the usual In-N-Out burgers served over the course of the party, Evan Funke served up pizza and gelato to Lindsay Lohan, Lee Daniels, Jeremy O. Harris and Justin Theroux on the outdoor terrace under illuminated palm trees.

As the crowd moved on to the next after-party, guests were escorted by the concierge team to the Departure Lounge where they were given Gnarwhal coffee and donuts to keep them fueled for the long night ahead.

Gucci and Madonna co-hosted this year’s hottest Oscar after-party
On Oscars Sunday (March 2), Gucci and Madonna co-hosted the 17th annual “The Party,” celebrating the 97th Annual Academy Awards at the home of Guy Oseary.
The exclusive event was the final destination for award winners and nominees on Hollywood’s biggest night. The evening featured special DJ sets by Mary Mac, Queen Estere and D-Nice with a surprise performance by Lil Wayne who was introduced by Chris Rock.

The star-studded guest list included Oscar winners Adrien Brody, Mikey Madison, Zoe Saldaña and Kieran Culkin–all clutching their Oscars as they danced into the early hours; along with nominees Colman Domingo, Jacques Audiard, Demi Moore and Ralph Fiennes; and presenters Ben Stiller, Ana de Armas, Mick Jagger, Miles Teller and Penélope Cruz.
Madonna and Julia Garner (dressed in Gucci) meanwhile spent the evening chatting together, fueling more rumors around a possible biopic.

This year’s soirée drew inspiration from Madonna’s recent journey to Japan and the venue had been transformed into a breathtaking oasis, complete with traditional Japanese décor, immersive art installations, and an elevated Japanese-inspired culinary experience.
As no photography or social media was allowed inside the event, Gucci tapped artist JR to exclusively capture imagery in his annual portrait studio which celebrated the Italian brand’s rich heritage with a unique Gucci Flora silk scarf that served as prop for the snaps.
To support various Los Angeles recovery efforts, Kering made a significant donation on behalf of Gucci and the group’s other Houses.

Charles Finch and Chanel held their annual pre-Oscar dinner at the Polo Lounge
Charles Finch and Chanel hosted their 16th annual pre-Oscar dinner at the Polo Lounge on March 1.
Chanel-clad guests including Lily-Rose Depp, Lupita Nyong’o, Kim Kardashian, Ava DuVernay, Danielle Deadwyler, H.E.R, Demi Moore, Felicity Jones, Fernanda Torres and Gia Coppola, mingled at the Saturday event with the likes of Sebastian Stan, Al Pacino, Harvey Keitel, Jeff Goldblum, Jeremy Strong, Leonardo DiCaprio, Michael Keaton and Willem Dafoe.

Finch, the son of the actor Peter Finch, who left William Morris in 2005 to found Finch + Partners, has also hosted a pre-BAFTA dinner with the French fashion house in London for 25 years.
Since its inception, the house of Chanel has been intrinsically linked to the world of cinema. Founder and visionary Gabrielle Chanel worked with the leading filmmakers of her time, drawing inspiration from and supporting her fellow artistic peers. The legacy of Gabrielle Chanel’s contributions to cinema continue to this day, through the brand’s longstanding initiatives that support and celebrate artists in film, preserve the medium’s history and provide community access to it.

The Beverly Hills Hotel and Hotel Bel-Air announce a new art program with Ackerman Studios
As part of a new art programming initiative, Dorchester Collection’s Los Angeles properties, The Beverly Hills Hotel and Hotel Bel-Air, have introduced an art exhibition series taking place throughout 2025.
Developed in partnership with the hotel’s new art curator – Lily Ackerman, founder of London based Ackerman Studios, in collaboration with CURA Art – the hotels will showcase an exhibitions’ calendar celebrating creativity and visual expression, placing the artist at the heart of every story.
Working in collaboration with collection management specialists Liza Shapiro and Georgia Powell of CURA Art, Ackerman Studios’ exclusive exhibition schedules for The Beverly Hills Hotel and Hotel Bel-Air will highlight the rich diversity of Los Angeles’ artistic community. This partnership strengthens Dorchester Collection’s relationship with Lily Ackerman, who has overseen the art exhibition schedule at its London property 45 Park Lane since 2017.
The “Spotlight LA” exhibition schedule fittingly pays homage to the hotel’s history and deep connection with the city as The Beverly Hills Hotel opened in 1912, two years before the City of Beverly Hills was even incorporated.
The first of the three exhibitions entitled “Where Memory Forgets” will present works by Los Angeles-based artist Virginia Broersma now through June 22.
Exhibition two will showcase works by influential rock-and-roll photographer Guy Webster from June 27 to Nov. 2. Details of the third exhibition will be announced later this year
At Hotel Bel-Air, the exhibition schedule “Spatial Elegance – Timeless Horizons” centers around a refined discovery of excellence, presenting sculptures in the peaceful surroundings of the hotel’s lush grounds and scenic gardens to create an immersive and meditative experience.
Exhibition one, now through June 15th, entitled “Spectral Radiance,” will showcase seven sculptures by artist Shana Mabari, each of which features mirrored, spectral-coloured cylinders.
The second exhibition, from June 20 to Nov. 9, will present works by Michael Wilding, whose abstract sculptures explore the interplay between form and space and feature materials such as marble and bronze to showcase a harmonious blend of natural elements and artistic expression.
Hotel Bel-Air’s final exhibition beginning Nov. 13, will feature sculptures by South-African born artist Jill Berelowitz. Known for her bronze, steel and optical resin works, Berelowitz has become one of London’s most innovative sculptors.
