“Veep” star Tony Hale sat down with TheWrap’s Stuart Brazell to name his favorite movie, the band he’d most want to tour with and the victor of a debate between Donald Trump and his HBO show’s fictional president, Selina Meyer.
But when it came to his favorite “Game of Thrones” character, Hale admitted that he isn’t a fan.
“I don’t watch ‘Game of Thrones’ because they pushed a kid out the window in the first episode and it freaked me out,” Hale said of the series that also airs on HBO.
Though Hale said that Meyer and Trump would be a power couple together, Meyer would ultimately prevail in a debate between the two.
“She would say some biting words that would get to the core of his being,” Hale said. “She would say something so in there and biting and get to his deepest insecurity that I think he would just crumble.”
