The mystery of the “Will & Grace” reunion has been solved after days of teasing from cast members across social media.
In a new video (above), Eric McCormack, Debra Messing, Megan Mullally and Sean Hayes reprise their characters from the long-running NBC sitcom to weigh in on the 2016 Presidential election.
Name-checking the Brangelina split and Ryan Lochte’s “Dancing With the Stars” attack, the skit obviously came together very recently, and features Will (McCormack), Grace (Messing) and Karen (Mullally) encouraging Jack (Hayes), who turns out to be registered in Pennsylvania, an important swing state, to vote for their candidates.
Will and Grace, of course, are voting for Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, while Karen is committed to her close personal friend, Donald Trump. She helped him pick out Melania and everything.
“She’s going to appoint justices to the Supreme Court who will ensure your civil rights,” said Grace.
“Yeah, but I don’t like that she wears pants,” Jack retorts.
In the end, naturally, it’s the ironclad argument that Katy Perry is for Clinton that gets the pivotal swing voter on board.
The video was released Monday, just hours before Clinton and Trump faced off in their first every Presidential debate.
