ABC’s “Wicked City” swung and missed on Tuesday when it debuted opposite Fox’s monstrous World Series Game 1.
The new drama managed just a 0.9 rating in the key 18-49 demographic and 3.3 million total viewers. Both of those numbers limped to fourth-place finishes across the Big 4 networks’ shared 10 o’clock time slot — as did ABC overall in primetime.
NBC finished second in the key 18-49 demographic thanks in part to a surging “Chicago Fire.” CBS was a comfortable second in total viewers last night.
