The connection between Netflix’s supernatural drama “Stranger Things” and the Totally Awesome ’80s has already been well documented.
And now one fan has taken things a step further and re-imagined the series as an ’80s sitcom, stripping away all of the spooky stuff in favor of a wacky, laugh track-ready montage that would fit right in tucked between “Full House” and “Perfect Strangers.”
The choice of Randy Newman’s “Strange Things” as a theme song for the reinvented series is a nice touch, too.
