Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment has named Steven Chiang Executive Vice President of Worldwide Production and Studios, the company announced Tuesday.
Chiang will oversee the company’s development capabilities to deliver games based on multiple franchises across all platforms. In his position, he will be responsible for the entire production process for all core console and free-to-play mobile games, including working closely with Warner Bros. owned internal studios, as well as managing the external studios, quality assurance and localization.

We are very confident in our current strategies, and Steven will help keep us on pace to deliver on our increased focus of developing free-to-play mobile games and growing our business in Asia, so we can continue to successfully compete as a leading games company.”
Most recently, Chiang served as Studio President at leading social game developer Zynga, where he led free play game development on iOS, Android and Facebook. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President at Electronic Arts overseeing global product development within the EA SPORTS label.
