Warner Bros. has picked up David Dobkin's latest project — a spec script about King Arthur and Sir Lancelot, TheWrap has confirmed.
Dobkin will write, direct and produce the untitled King Arthur project, which Deadline reported Warners bought for $2 million.
Lionel Wigram also is producing.
Dobkin directed the 2005 "Wedding Crashers" and the 2007 "Fred Claus," among others. He produced and directed Universal's "The Change-Up," now in post production, and is producing Legendary's "Jack the Giant Killer," now filming. He's also producing Warner's "The Man From U.N.C.L.E.," now in preproduction.
