NBC's hit singing competition returns for its second season after the Super Bowl, but the network hopes to entice viewers with a clip of what to expect.
In the new snippet, coaches Christina Aguilera, Adam Levine, Cee Lo Green and Blake Shelton discuss one of the unique aspects of the series — the blind audition process, which ensures that they must focus solely on vocal ability.

"We have no idea what is going on behind us, and all you can hear is these quiet footsteps," Aguilera says.
As Shelton sees it, the most beneficial aspect of the blind auditions is that the novelty factor is eliminated, preventing the series from suffering any William Hung moments.
"My favorite thing about the blind auditions is that we never sit there and listen to anybody who can't sing," the country star enthuses. "Everybody who steps up there is a great performer."
As for what to expect for the show's second go-round, Aguilera is short on specifics.
"It's gonna be an interesting ride this year, because everybody's bringing it. Everyone has upped their game — including us," the "Dirrty" girl says.
