Vin Diesel Confirms ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ Will Be in Next ‘Avengers’ Film (Video)

“Infinity War” is going to be one crowded movie

Vin Diesel confirmed some huge news Friday for his 100 million-plus Facebook fans: the “Guardians of the Galaxy” gang will be in the next “Avengers” flick.

“The ‘Guardians’ will be included in ‘Avengers: Infinity War,’” Diesel said during his most-recent Facebook Live video — a lengthy livestream. “And that’s incredibly exciting.”

That will make for one crowded (and brawny movie) — especially considering Marvel is not going to be splitting “Infinity War” into two films.

The actor also discussed the upcoming “xXx” and “Fast 8” flicks, as well as how Jason Statham, Helen Mirren and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson came to join his franchises in the first place.

But no, Diesel did not tackle the WWE Superstar’s recent rant about unnamed “Fast & Furious” male co-stars being “chicken s–t” and acting like “candy asses.” So, for now, we’ll just have to rely on Tyrese Gibson‘s interpretation of the whole thing, which contradicts Johnson’s claim.

Earlier in the 27-minute-plus cell phone video, Diesel carefully and gratefully unboxed a Facebook trophy that was sent to him by the Mark Zuckerberg-led social media company, commemorating a ridiculous 100,000,000 page likes. The popular New York native is already almost 200,000 thumbs-up beyond that high-water mark, so save some mantle space for 200 million.
