Vin Diesel clearly isn’t letting all of that scrutiny of his physique weigh on his mind.
“The Last Witch Hunter” star has once again taken aim at all of the attention paid to photos of him sporting a softer physique, which sparked numerous “dad bod” comments when they hit the Internet earlier this month.
“How do I feel about people being so focused on that? I’m OK because I’ve had the best body in New York City for decades,” Diesel told Complex.
One thing the actor wasn’t OK with: the invasion of privacy that the photos represented.
“That sneaky invasion of privacy feels weird. That’s not right,” Diesel said.
The actor went on to explain how his normally fit physique might slip into a more relaxed “dad bod” form at times.
“I mean, a) I don’t have to be in front of the camera for a couple months and b) I really am a dad,” Diesel, who has three children, noted.
This isn’t the first time that Diesel has addressed the photos in question. Earlier this month during an appearance on “Good Morning America,” he said, “I can take it” and “I don’t care, really.”
Shortly after the photos emerged, Diesel posted a picture of himself lifting his shirt to reveal his toned abs on Instagram in a photo he claimed had been taken the day before.
