ABC reruns overcame an original CBS “Undercover Boss” and a low-level college football bowl game on Fox to win Wednesday in the key 18-49 demographic.

The Leslie Moonves-led network won primetime among total viewers, however. NBC, which aired all repeats itself, was runner-up in terms of overall audience averages from 8-11 p.m. last night.

ABC was first in ratings with a 1.0 rating/4 share in the advertiser-coveted demo, but third in total viewers with an average of 3.8 million, according to preliminary numbers.

CBS and NBC tied for second in ratings, both with a 0.9/3. CBS was first in total viewers with 4.7 million, NBC was second with 4.6 million.

For CBS, “Undercover Boss” at 8 had a 1.1/4 and 6.3 million viewers. Reruns followed.

Fox was fourth in ratings with a 0.7/2 and in viewers with 2.6 million. A pregame show at 8 got a 0.5/2 and 2.1 million viewers. The Foster Farms Bowl itself, which saw the Utah Utes pull out a victory over the Indiana Hoosiers, fared a bit better for the rest of prime time, raising the network overall.

Univision and Telemundo tied for fifth in ratings, both with a 0.6/2. Univision was fifth in total viewers with 1.8 million, Telemundo was sixth with 1.5 million.

The CW was seventh in ratings with a 0.3/1 and in viewers with 871,000, airing just repeats.
