Colin Farrell and Vince Vaughn prepared for the Sunday premiere of “True Detective” by doing some interrogation with Jimmy Fallon.
The “Tonight Show” host had the two stars play True Confessions on Thursday night’s episode, in which each man had written down something true about himself as well as something false and placed each thing in a sealed envelope. The other two players then had sixty seconds to determine if the confession was the truth or a lie.
Farrell was up first: “When I was a late teen I was brought in as a suspect for a questioning in an attempted murder.”
Fact or fiction?
Better you find out for yourself. Just know that whether or not Farrell made up the story, it was way better than anything Fallon or Vaughn had to confess or lie about.
