Tom Hiddleston‘s Instagram page was hacked on Friday morning, with the perpetrator posting screen shots of other Snapchat accounts to the actor’s social media account.
According to the New York Daily News, the hacker used the moniker “Mr. Control” and posted cryptic messages like, “Afford to take the injustice of people but when my turn will not have mercy on me.”
Another weird message was posted to the account, which read, “Fans Tom Hiddleston Don’t worry we will back account to him.”
Strange videos and cartoonish drawings went up at around 9 a.m. ET on Friday, but the actor was able to regain control of his account later in the day. The images have since been deleted.
The hack comes just two days after “Ghostbusters” actress Leslie Jones‘ personal website was hacked, wherein the hacker(s) posted personal information and several nudes. Homeland Security is now investigating.
Hiddleston most recently shared an image of himself and Chris Hemsworth visiting a children’s hospital as Thor and Loki from their upcoming film, “Thor: Ragnarok.” The 35-year-old actor joined the social media platform two weeks ago.
His first post was a picture of himself dressed as Loki with the caption, “He’s back!”
