"Road Trip" funny man Tom Green is preparing to unleash his first stand-up comedy special, along with an accompanying album, according to a rep from the projects' production company.
The one-hour special is being co-produced by the "Freddy Got Fingered" comedian and Brian Volk-Weiss and Barry Katz of New Wave Dynamics.
The currently untitled special, which will shoot this summer, will air on an as-yet-unannounced network.
New Wave's other comedy ventures include "Dane Cook's Tourgasm" on HBO and the upcoming "Eddie Griffin: You Tell 'Em I Said It," which will air on Comedy Central.
Green is currently performing his stand-up comedy on a world tour, and hosts the Web talk show "Tom Green's House Tonight."
