The NFL announced Tuesday that it’s upholding the four-game suspension imposed on New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, who was accused of colluding with Patriots staff to under-inflate footballs in January’s “Deflategate” scandal. He was also accused of deliberately destroying a cell phone containing nearly 10,000 texts in an alleged attempt to conceal evidence.
