Much like the Pearson Family home, “This Is Us” is on fire: The hit drama handed NBC another Tuesday win in the key 18-49 demographic. In terms of total viewers, however, the returning “NCIS” and “Bull” locked the overall eyeballs crown up for CBS.
NBC was first in ratings with a 1.9 rating/7 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and second in total viewers with an average of 7.9 million, according to preliminary numbers. “Ellen’s Game of Games” at 8 p.m. posted a 1.8/7 and 7.5 million viewers.”This Is Us” at 9 earned a 2.5/9 and 9.3 million viewers. “Chicago Med” at 10 had a 1.3/5 and 6.9 million viewers.
CBS was second in ratings with a 1.3/5 and first in viewers with 11.3 million. “NCIS” at 8 landed a 1.5/6 and 13.8 million viewers. At 9, “Bull” put up a 1.4/5 and 11.1 million viewers. “NCIS: New Orleans” at 10 averaged a 1.0/4 and 9.2 million viewers.
Fox was third in ratings with a 1.0/4 and in viewers with 3.4 million. “Lethal Weapon” at 8 got a 1.2/5 and 4.6 million viewers. At 9, “L.A. to Vegas” received a 0.9/3 and 2.6 million viewers. “The Mick” at 9:30 managed a 0.7/2 and 1.9 million viewers.
ABC and The CW tied for fourth in ratings, both with a 0.7/3. ABC was fourth in total viewers with 2.7 million viewers, airing all reruns; The CW was fifth with 2 million.
For The CW, “The Flash” at 8 had a 0.7/3 and 2.1 million viewers. At 9, “Black Lightning” got a 0.6/2 and 1.9 million viewers.
Univision was sixth in ratings with a 0.5/2 and in viewers with 1.4 million.
Telemundo was seventh in ratings with a 0.4/2 and in viewers with 1.1 million.
