When Whoopi Goldberg returned to “The View” Tuesday after grieving the loss of her brother, the ABC crowd gave her a heartfelt welcome. “Whoopi! Whoopi! Whoopi!” the studio audience chanted as Goldberg’s co-hosts joined in a standing ovation. Then the ladies got down to business.

After a few words from the main host, it was time for the ABC show’s “Hot Topics.” First on the agenda, ripping the GOP.

“The Republican candidates are sounding more like action heroes,” Goldberg started out. “Chris Christie wants to ‘Pump up the military.’ Marco Rubio says he ‘will find and kill terrorists like Liam Neeson in ‘Taken.’”

“You’re too short to be Liam Neeson — find somebody else!” she continued, generating applause and laughter.

“My favorite is Lindsey Graham, who is more like a snail to me,” Goldberg added, before rolling a clip of what she referred to as Graham “talking tough.”

“If I’m President of the United States, and you’re thinking about joining al-Qaeda or ISIL … I’m not going to call a judge — I’m going to call a drone and we will kill you,” Graham recently said in Iowa.

The ladies didn’t like that, save the right-leaning Nicolle Wallace.

“What are we in ‘Minority Report’ again?” Rosie Perez asked. “If you ‘think about it,’ you are going to get killed by a drone?”

“How are you going to know, Lindsey?” Goldberg continued.

“What if there are other people in the building?” “The View” first chair concluded. “What if there are other families next door? Lindsey! Think about this, dummy!”

Raven-Symone and Nicole Collins were guest panelists on Tuesday’s show, which also featured appearances by hip-hop star Pitbull and “The Bachelorette” host Chris Harrison.
