Get ready to feel extremely out of shape. The first season of NBC’s “The Titan Games” wrapped up Thursday night with winners James Jean-Louis and Charity Witt taking home $100,000 and the bragging rights that come with being crowned the season’s Titans. And yes, in case you’re wondering, they’re both totally shredded.
Hosted and executive produced by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, the 10-episode sports competition series features contestants squaring off in tests of endurance blessed with appropriately epic names like “Lunar Impact” and “Atlas Smash.” (They’re apparently inspired by Johnson’s own workouts.)
“The Titan Games” was executive produced by Johnson, Arthur Smith and the team behind the equally grueling “American Ninja Warrior.”
The Season 1 winners were crowned after coming out first on the “Mount Olympus” challenge, which involves knocking over a wall, pushing three heavy grates uphill, climbing over spinning drums, scaling cliffs in which they have to punch their own hand-holds, turning a crank to raise a 600-pound torch, sliding down steep inclines, and uh, holy crap that’s uh, that’s pretty exhausting.
But the video speaks for itself. Here’s Jean-Louis’ winning moment:

Call us when there’s a version that involves low impact bean bag sprints and power nap sessions.
