Orlando Bloom‘s Legolas brought a whole new level of sexiness to Peter Jackson‘s “Lord of the Rings” films. So it’s no surprise that there was quite a raucous response on “Conan” Thursday night when the “Hobbit” star suggested he wanted to make an elven pornographic spinoff.
The suggestion came after he gave a sincere response to Conan O’Brien’s question about the possibility of a return to J.R.R. Tolkien’s “Middle-earth” in additional movies. Bloom explained that the rights had only been released for “The Lord of the Rings” and “The Hobbit,” and so it was unlikely.
“I was doing press with Evangeline Lilly and Lee Pace recently, who both play elves, and we thought we might do an elven spinoff,” he said.
