‘The Hills: That Was Then, This Is Now’ Special Delivers a Dose of Reality TV Nostalgia (Video)

Former MTV reality star Lauren Conrad looks back on her life with Spencer Pratt, Heidi Montag and Audrina Patridge for 10th anniversary

There was a time when you couldn’t open a tabloid or surf the Internet without seeing the stars of “The Hills” plastered across the headlines.

From Heidi Montag’s plastic surgery disasters to Audrina Patridge‘s bikini body secrets and Lauren Conrad‘s relationship drama, the beautiful graduates of “Laguna Beach” were a part of our lives whether we liked it or not.

Ten years after the MTV reality hit premiered and six years after the finale, the special “The Hills: That Was Then, This Is Now” aired Tuesday, proving that nothing much has changed for the Hollywood elite over the past decade.

Along with an update on “where they are now” (hint: pretty much where they were then), die-hard fans of the reality drama were also treated to a “Hills” marathon throughout the night.

Conrad (a.k.a. L.C.), now a married woman designing her own fashion lines, was once again the main focus of the anniversary show, as she dished on her former co-stars, dating and breaking up with Jason Wahler … and Brody Jenner, getting deliberately locked out the house by Audrina and even thinking that her job interview at Teen Vogue was real (aw, how cute).
