Teresa Palmer is currently negotiating to join the cast of the remake of “Point Break.”
Palmer would be joining the cast alongside Edgar Ramirez, who will be taking on the role of Bodhi (originally played by Patrick Swayze) and Luke Bracey, who will be playing Johnny Utah (originally played by Keanu Reeves). Palmer was previously seen in the zombie comedy, “Warm Bodies.”
“Point Break” will begin filming on June 26th.

“Point Break,” released in 1991, was one of the first films to tackle the intersection of international bank robbery and extreme sports. It follows a young FBI agent drawn into a world of larceny and surfing.
The remount of the classic action film was written by Kurt Wimmer (“Salt,” “Law Abiding Citizen”) and will be directed by Ericson Core (Invincible).
