Paramount has given “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” fans a few quick glimpses of bad guy Shredder, but a brand new trailer shows him off with pride.
He’s pretty massive in stature, and whips out massive claws to boot.

Actor William Fichtner (“Prison Break”) — who provided the menacing voiceover in earlier trailers — is credited as playing the famous villain, but the trailer throws a curveball when Fichtner talks to a mysterious, shadowy figure about “taking your armor to the next level.”
For anyone who remembers Super Shredder at the end of 1991 live-action “Turtles” movie, “Secret of the Ooze,” this incarnation is even bigger.
