Taylor Swift debuted her music video for “Look What You Made Me Do” during Sunday’s 2017 MTV Video Music Awards… and fans weren’t quite sure what to make of it.
Swift’s video for the first single from her upcoming album “Reputation” included snakes, a jewel-filled bathtub and numerous versions of herself, including a zombie Swifty that crawled out of a grave in a darkened cemetery.
Fans were quick to share their thoughts on social media, with one fan tweeting, “So confused with Taylor Swift video. All I saw were snakes… Please explain.”
Other fans referenced Beyonce in their reactions. “Really over #TaylorSwift tap water version of Lemonade but mmk,” one Twitter user wrote.
