“Supergirl” and “The Flash” are about to meet, and a new poster has been released to tease the rare cross-network crossover episode.
Grant Gustin visits from Central City (and The CW) to reprise Barry Allen, a.k.a. the speedster known as The Flash, to team up with Melissa Benoist‘s Kara Zor-El, a.k.a. Supergirl, Superman’s cousin, in National City.
The episode is titled “Worlds Finest,” a nod to the old DC Comics book of the same name, and features an alternative-universe Flash showing up to help Supergirl battle villains Silver Banshee (Italia Ricci) and Livewire (Britt Morgan) in exchange for her help in finding him a way home.
The crossover episode will air on Monday, March 28. “Supergirl” airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET on CBS and “The Flash” airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
