A company owned by Italy’s Fiat can still be very American – that’s what Bob Dylan alludes to in a commercial for the upcoming Chrysler 200 model during Sunday’s Super Bowl.
The iconic folk singer narrates and appears in the ad that invokes some of those things that represent American ideals: Rosie the Riveter, Route 66, James Dean, Marilyn Monroe, the roadside diner, baseball, among others.

Most of all, Dylan makes sure that viewers know that the Chrysler 200 will not only be built here in the United States, but in the classic city of our country’s automobile heritage – Detroit.
