AFI Fest, which screened "J. Edgar" Saturday night, is trotting out Steven Soderbergh's "Haywire" for its unofficial world premiere Sunday.
Tickets for the action-thriller starring Channing Tatum, Michael Fassbender, Ewan McGregor, Michael Angarano, Antonio Banderas, Michael Douglas, Bill Paxton and Gina Carano, are free at the AT&T Box Office at the Hollywood & Highland Center for as long as they last.
The movie is being shown at Grauman's Chinese Theater as this year's AFI Fest "Secret Screening."
Relativity Media will release the movie Jan. 20.
"Haywire" is about "a highly trained operative who works for a government security contractor in the dirtiest, most dangerous corners of the world.
After successfully freeing a Chinese journalist held hostage, she is double-crossed and left for dead by someone close to her in her own agency. The target of skilled assassins who know her every move, she must find the truth in order to stay alive.
"Haywire" is Soderbergh's 25th movie.
AFI will hold a "People's Red Carpet" before the screening at 9:30 p.m. All guests can walk the carpet and pose for photos.
