Stacey Dash welcomes your Twitter-wrath.
After making an eyebrow-raising appearance at Sunday night’s Oscars, the “Clueless” actress and Fox News Channel contributor fired up the video camera, scanned her Twitter feed and rattled off America’s thoughts on her drop-in at the Dolby Theatre.
The verdict? America didn’t think much of it.
Taking a page from “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” Dash reeled off a string of social-media insults hurled in her direction, including, “I was hoping there was a trap door on the stage and @RealStaceyDash would fall through.”
And the far more succinct, “No one likes you.”
And, “You looked foolish and sounded dumb.”
And, “You sucked on the Oscars like you do on @foxnews. Pointless.”
And … well, you probably get the idea.
Dash, a vocal critic of BET and Black History Month, appeared on last night’s ceremony — during which the Oscars’ lack of diversity was a central topic — in an awkward segment where she declared, “I cannot wait to help my people out. Happy Black History Month.”
At which point she vanished from the stage just as randomly as she appeared.
