On Dec. 11, 19-year-old Billie Eilish will become the second-youngest person to simultaneously play host and musical guest on “SNL.” (Britney Spears is the current record-holder for doing double duty at age 18.) Over the course of its 46-year history, television’s longest running sketch show has been double-helmed by many performers. From J.
