“Silicon Valley” star Thomas Middleditch joined TheWrap‘s inaugural Emmy Season Party to talk about his breakout comedy role, upcoming film and that lewd scene in the HBO season finale.
“There needed to be a solution for the predicament that the guys were in and it came through an elaborate dick joke,” Middleditch explained. “So that was my favorite part.”

On the next run for Mike Judge‘s tech comedy, which will be 10 episodes, Middleditch joked: “The best part about Season 2 is that I know nothing about it because it hasn’t been written yet.”
Middleditch said he believes the gang will start filming again in October.
