A dead body found in Philadelphia’s Schuylkill river has been identified as 58-year-old Philip Reitnour, who appeared on “Shark Tank” in 2014.

Reitnour pitched his EmergenSee app three years ago on the ABC reality show, though he was unable to strike a deal.

Per ABC 30, which reported the medical examiner’s findings, Reitnour was $3 million in debt and being sued. Reitnour’s body had a gunshot wound to the forehead.

EmergenSee enables smartphone users a way to provide live streams of their emergencies and locations to rescuers.

ABC did not immediately respond to TheWrap‘s request for comment on Reitnour’s death.
