If you “couldn’t help but wonder” what it’s like to be Carrie Bradshaw, here’s your chance to find out.
Sarah Jessica Parker, Warner Bros. Consumer Products and Airbnb are collaborating on a recreation of her “Sex and the City” character’s Manhattan apartment ahead of the December premiere of “And Just Like That…” on HBO Max.
For two nights in November, fans can rent out a version of the luxurious brownstone that Carrie was somehow able to afford on her writer’s salary.
“We worked hand-in-hand with Warner Bros. and Sarah Jessica Parker to re-create the space in the most authentic way possible, full of easter eggs to surprise and delight fans,” Airbnb Spokesperson Liz DeBold Fusco told The New York Post.
The property, which Parker personally helped design, features a number of references sure to delight “SATC” devotees: Carrie’s walk-in closet (complete with her ballerina tutu from the show’s opening credits), her bedspread, and her infamous nameplate necklace among them.
Although Fusco says there aren’t any props from the set, many of the decorations are an “exact match,” such as a chair gifted to her by boyfriend Aidan and the Eiffel Tower bag she totes for nights out on the town with Mr. Big.
But wait, there’s more! The package also includes custom “SATC”-themed experiences. Upon entry, Parker herself will virtually welcome guests in the style of her episode-opening monologues. Guests can sip on Cosmopolitans while they raid Carrie’s closet and prepare for a “styling session and photoshoot where guests can channel their inner fashionistas,” according to an Airbnb press release.
Two parties of up to two people will be granted a one-night stay for the small sum of $23, in honor of the show’s 23-year anniversary.
“The Carrie Bradshaw character is near and dear to my heart, and revisiting her world for the continuation of the ‘Sex and the City’ story has been such a joy,” said Parker in a statement. “I’m excited for our audience to experience Carrie’s New York like never before and walk in her shoes, quite literally, for the first time.“
Bookings for Nov. 12 and Nov. 13 begin Nov. 8 at 12 p.m. ET on Airbnb.
