Meyers Mocks Mike Lindell for Claiming He Is Watching Midterms ‘From Every Angle’: He’s ‘Turned Himself Into Jigsaw’ (Video)

Meyers joked that “it’s probably not a good idea” for Lindell to make these claims, considering he’s actively under investigation by the FBI

Seth Meyers is pretty sure Mike Lindell has officially turned into a horror movie villain. After the MyPillow CEO claimed this week that he has “cyber guys” watching the results of the midterm election “from every angle,” Meyers joked that Lindell has turned himself into Jigsaw, the terrifying antagonist of the “Saw” franchise.

During his “A Closer Look” segment on Wednesday, Meyers pulled up footage of Lindell from a segment of “The Lindell Report.” In it, the MyPillow CEO continued to push the lies that the 2020 election was stolen from Donald Trump, and he told viewers, “We are watching from every angle. There’s people in every state, every county, every precinct. We have cyber guys watching us.”

Lindell added that “this election is all eyes” and that “we have all the camera angles” — which felt a little familiar to Meyers.

“Somehow the MyPillow guy has turned himself into Jigsaw,” Meyers mocked. “Although I’m not sure I believe you when you say you have all eyes and all camera angles since, you know, you don’t even have a phone.”

Meyers was of course referring to the fact that Lindell’s phone seized at a Hardee’s drive-thru back in September, as part of an ongoing investigation into a a Colorado county clerk accused of tampering with voting machines. Lindell revealed details about the situation during an interview with ABC News, explaining that three cars full of FBI agents cut him off in the parking lot of the fast food restaurant and issued a search warrant and subpoena. Lindell told ABC News he’s not “scared to go to jail” because he’s trying to “save” the country.

Given those circumstances, Meyers joked that it may not be the wisest thing for Lindell to now claim that he has teams monitoring voting machines.

“If that’s true, it’s probably not a good idea to be publicly confessing that you’ve somehow hacked into voting machines when you’re under active investigation by the FBI,” Meyers said. “First they took his phone at a Hardee’s drive-thru, next they’ll probably confiscate all his cameras while he’s in line at a Carl’s Jr.”
