Scarlett Johansson has parted ways with Rick Yorn, the manager of more than 20 years who signed her at age 12, TheWrap has learned.

The “Avengers” star’s ties with Yorn have been strong over the years: She recorded an album with his singer-songwriter brother Pete Yorn in 2009 called “Break Up.” But an individual familiar with the situation said she is no longer working with Yorn or his company LBI Entertainment.

The circumstances surrounding the split are unknown. Johansson will continue to be represented by talent agency CAA. Neither Yorn nor a Johansson representative responded to TheWrap’s request for comment.

The actress is currently in negotiations to join Taika Waititi’s high-concept film “Jojo Rabbit,” and is less than a month away from starring in the superhero crossover epic “Avengers: Infinity War.”

Yorn is from something of a Hollywood dynasty. In addition to Pete, his eldest brother Kevin is an entertainment lawyer. Rick represents other superstar clients like Leonardo DiCaprio, Martin Scorsese and Reese Witherspoon.
