“Saturday Night Live” is back! Season 48 will debut Oct. 1 on NBC with Miles Teller making his hosting debut on the heels of his box-office hit “Top Gun: Maverick.”

Kendrick Lamar will be the musical guest for the premiere, returning to “SNL” for the third time. He’s currently on a world tour for his latest album, “Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers.”

The following week, Brendan Gleeson will host for the first time on Oct. 8 — just ahead of the debut of his new film “The Banshees of Inisherin.” Willow will also make her first “SNL” appearance that night as the musical guest.

And on Oct. 15, Megan Thee Stallion will pull double duty as both host and musical guest. This marks her second time performing on the show, but it’ll be her first time hosting. The three-time Grammy winner’s newest album, “Traumazine,” was released Aug. 12.

“SNL” has experienced quite the shakeup heading into Season 48, with several of its stars exiting including Chris Redd, Pete Davidson, Kate McKinnon, Aidy Bryant, Kyle Mooney, Alex Moffat, Melissa Villaseñor and Aristotle Athari, as well as longtime “SNL” producer Lindsay Shookus.

Four featured players have been added for Season 48 — Marcello Hernandez, Molly Kearney, Michael Longfellow and Devon Walker.

In addition to the live broadcast on NBC, the “SNL” season premiere episode will also stream live on Peacock. The episode airs on Oct. 1 at 11:30 p.m. ET/8:30 p.m. PT.
