Ryan Seacrest Productions CEO Adam Sher is exiting the company.
The departure comes as the company is reorganizing its leadership, individuals with knowledge of the situation told TheWrap. The production company is expected to name its new CEO in early-2014 with Sher sticking around through the transition.

Sher joined Ryan Seacrest Productions in 2008 after representingย Ryan Seacrest at agency WME, where had worked for 16 years. At Ryan Seacrest Prods., Sher oversees all divisions of the company, including TV, radio and new media, reporting to Seacrest.
