Ryan Reynolds and Deadpool have a very special message for all the mothers of the world.
The movie star, who is currently shooting a movie based on the Marvel Comics character, tweeted a Mother’s Day photo (below) of himself in costume delivering a baby.
“Deadpool: a motherf–ker since 1991,” the caption reads in reference to the first time the character was published in a comic book.
Reynolds also put his softer side on display, tweeting a photo of himself with his mother Tammy. The caption for that photo read, “Got pretty lucky in the Mom Lottery. This amazing lady KNOWS how to raise 4 boys. She also knows advanced krav maga.”
Tim Miller is directing “Deadpool,” which finds Reynolds playing an assassin who undergoes a procedure to cure his cancer that leaves him twisted, scarred and super-powered. And glib. Very, very glib.
