You’ll have to draw your own conclusions about Ryan Murphy’s latest glimpse into the upcoming season of “American Horror Story.”
“AHS” co-creator Murphy hit up Instagram on Wednesday to offer two more looks at “American Horror Story: Cult.”
The first offers a creepily cartoonish depiction of “American Horror Story” veteran Evan Peters, his blue hair pulled into a fashionable man-bun, along with his “Cult” co-star and fellow long-timer Sarah Paulson.
The second image features AHS newbie Colton Haynes, rocking a suit and white hair, alongside his cohort Billie Lourd.
While the upcoming season of :”American Horror Story” has largely remained a mystery, Murphy has let on in the past that it will somehow involve the 2016 presidential election.
Murphy has also suggested that Twisty the Clown, from the earlier season “American Horror Story: Freak Show,” will be making a return.
At a Television Critics Association summer press tour panel earlier this month, Paulson let on that her character, Ally, might be in a same-sex relationship with co-star Alison Pill.
However, Murphy has previously hinted that Ally will experience a “love story” with Peters’ character, Kai.
Of course, this being “American Horror Story,” both scenarios and so much more could surface.
