Rupert Murdoch took to Twitter to praise presidential candidate Ben Carson on Wednesday.
“Ben and Candy Carson terrific,” the 21st Century Fox president wrote of the Republican candidate and his wife. “What about a real black President who can properly addres the racial divide? And much else.”
The tweet was one of several over the last few days offering apparent support for Carson or criticism of President Obama
The executive has been outspoken on Twitter in the past when commenting on the 2016 presidential race. He has previously offered opinions about Jeb Bush, Carly Fiorina and Hillary Clinton, among others.
