Rogers & Cowan has named Mark Owens chief executive officer, the public relations and marketing firm has announced.

Owens most recently served as chief revenue officer at Bill Gates-owned Corbis Entertainment. He joined the digital content, entertainment and licensing company in 2012 with the acquisition of the Norm Marshall Group, where he was President.
Prior to Corbis, Owens served as Managing Director at Ketchum Public Relations and EVP at Davie Brown Entertainment.
