Rob Lowe and Lifetime are developing quite the relationship.
Former "West Wing" star Lowe, who played the title role in Lifetime's "Drew Peterson: Untouchable," will also star in its upcoming film about the trial of Casey Anthony.

Lowe will play Jeff Ashton, the Florida prosecutor for Anthony's murder trial last year and author of "Imperfect Justice: Prosecuting Casey Anthony," upon which the movie will be based.
The film will be presented from Ashton's perspective and "take viewers behind-the-scenes of both the investigation into Caylee’s tragic death and the ensuing trial, shedding new light on the many questions of what happened to the two-year-old girl, how Ashton and his fellow prosecutors built their case and why a woman so shrouded in suspicion was proclaimed innocent."

Anthony, who had been accused of killing her daughter Caylee, sparked a national obsession and, later, outrage among many — including HLN talking head Nancy Grace — when she was found not guilty.
"Drew Peterson: Untouchable," which aired in January, averaged 5.8 million total viewers.
