Simon Cowell is quitting as a judge on the British "The X Factor," the Daily Mail reports.
The newspaper cited an ITV network insider who said it "is just not feasible" for Cowell to work on the British version of the show and the American one that will debut in the fall. It cited people close to Cowell who say he was quitting in part due to health concerns.
One of the judges on the show, Louis Walsh, said only he and Dannii Minogue would return this year, saying, "It will be me and Dannii on the UK show with two more people."
A rep for Cowell told TheWrap: "No decision has been made yet, everything is still being discussed."
The exit would be the second time in a year Cowell left one of his hit shows. He departed "American Idol" last year.
The paper quoted an annamed friend of Cowell's saying, "Everyone in his family is worried about his stress levels, he barely sleeps and has got a lot to juggle at the moment."
