Bravo is stirring the pot on its highest-rated series, “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.” On Season 7, divorced socialite Porsha Williams has been demoted to a recurring role, and replacing her as a full-time housewife is “Rickey Smiley Morning Show” co-host Claudia Jordan.
Actress and singer Demetria McKinney (“House of Payne”) joins the show in a recurring role. Cynthia Bailey, Kandi Burruss, NeNe Leakes, Kenya Moore and Phaedra Parks return as full-time wives.

Bravo also released the first trailer for the upcoming season, and it’s wall-to-wall drama.
Queen Bee NeNe isn’t taking to the new women very well. Fresh off performing in Las Vegas as Cirque du Soleil’s mistress of ceremonies in “Zumanity,” she’s looking at the new girls as Hollywood wannabes. And there is no love lost between her and former bestie Cynthia. Let’s just say that a certain friend contract goes up in smoke.
Meanwhile, it’s still drama for your mama, literally, in Kandi’s home. Her wedding hasn’t snuffed out the hard feelings between her mom, Mama Joyce, and her husband, Todd Tucker.

And, of course, as TheWrap previously reported, Bravo’s cameras were rolling on the fallout of Apollo Nida’s imprisonment. But rumor has it that Phaedra has already moved on with a man from Africa, which seems to be the ATL women’s choice of continents for their boyfriends lately.
