On Sunday’s first part of the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” reunion specials, Bravo revealed how Porsha Williams came to attack castmate Kenya Moore.
Seemingly provoked by Moore’s use of props — a scepter and a megaphone — toward her, Williams stood up from her seat and exchanged screaming insults with Moore. And then, Williams reached out and pulled Moore to the floor by her hair.
In the melee that followed, Moore left the stage saying it was going to be her or Williams. Meanwhile, Williams was lying on the floor and frantic, yelling how embarrassed she was about resorting to violence.
In the end, host Andy Cohen told Williams she couldn’t continue with the reunion taping.
Cast member Phaedra Parks appeared on “Watch What Happens Live” later on Sunday night and said she feels Moore provoked Williams.
“Kenya has a way of provoking people,” Parks told Cohen. “She’s like a big bully. She talks a lot of talk, but cannot walk the walk.”
Previously, cast member NeNe Leakes said on “Watch What Happens Live” that she felt Moore “kept trying Porsha.”

“I felt like Kenya violated [Porsha] over and over again,” Leakes told Cohen. “Now, I am not condoning violence. I’m just simply saying you can’t violate and not expect something, you understand?”
Last Wednesday, Williams surrendered herself to authorities after Moore sought out an arrest warrant for assault. Williams was released later that same day on a $2,000 bond after being charged with one misdemeanor count of simple battery.
Williams’ attorney Joe S. Habachy said his client will pursue felony charges against Moore for aggravated assault.
