CBS topped Tuesday as “NCIS” saw a ratings uptick, but “The Voice” hit a new regular-episode series low for NBC.

Fox had a tough night as “Glee” and “New Girl” hit series lows.

CBS was first in ratings with a 2.2 rating/6 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and in viewers with an average of 14.3 million, according to preliminary numbers. “NCIS” at 8 p.m. earned a 2.5/8 and 17 million viewers — the most of the night. “NCIS: Los Angeles” at 9 received a 2.1/6 and 14.8 million viewers. “Person of Interest” at 10 got a 1.9/5 and 11.2
