ABC teased their upcoming FBI drama “Quantico” on Thursday by posting the series’ first eight minutes online.
The first eight minutes jumps right into the action, with series star Priyanka Chopra waking up in the rubble of a New York City bombing. It quickly flashes back to her initial moments as a new recruit at the FBI Academy, setting up the duel timeline structure the series will employ.
The series, created by Joshua Safran, premieres Sept. 27.
“Quantico” stars Chopra, a successful Bollywood star, in her U.S. television debut as Alex Parrish, an FBI recruit who finds herself accused of a bombing in New York’s Grand Central Station.
Josh Hopkins, Aunjanue Ellis, Jake McLaughlin, Tate Ellington, Graham Rogers, Johanna Braddy and Yasmine Al Masri also star. The series is created and executive produced by Joshua Safran. G. Mac Brown, Mark Gordon, Nicholas Pepper and Robert M. Sertner also serve as executive producers.
“Quantico” premieres Sunday, Sept. 27 at 10 p.m. on ABC.
