Score one for Charlie Sheen's legal team: The judge overseeing his $100 million case against Warner Bros. and Chuck Lorre has moved up the hearing to determine whether it should be settled in public or private.
On Monday, Superior Court Judge Allan Goodman moved the date up to April 19 from May 25. Sheen has been trying to force the case to be settled in court rather than arbitration.
