Gloria Allred, the lawyer representing several Jeffrey Epstein accusers, has called out Prince Andrew and his ties to the deceased sex offender in an eye-popping London bus ad.
“If you see this man please ask him to call the FBI to answer their questions,” says the big, blue sign attached to a yellow bus driving near Buckingham Palace. Two pictures of the smiling prince flank the message, which is followed by a phone number for the FBI and the link to Allred’s website. The use of a yellow school bus is intentional; Epstein was convicted of procuring an underage girl for prostitution.
The prince has been accused by one of Jeffrey Epstein’s accusers of having sex with her when she was 17 years old and his relationship with the convicted sex offender has been heavily scrutinized.
Allred is currently in New York for the trial of Harvey Weinstein, where she confirmed she is responsible for the ad.
The royal, whose birthday was on Feb. 19, announced last November that he would be stepping back from his public duties “for the foreseeable future” in light of his association with Epstein, who died in custody earlier last August.
“It has become clear to me over the past few days that my association with Jeffrey Epstein has become a major disruption to my family’s work and the valuable work going on in the many organizations and charities that I am proud to support,” Prince Andrew said in a statement through Buckingham Palace. “Therefore, I have asked Her Majesty if I can step back from public duties for the foreseeable future, and she has given her permission.”
Last month, it was reported he had not cooperated at all with American law enforcement’s efforts to investigate accusations of sex traffic against Epstein and his associates. See the ad below:
