President Trump took to Twitter early Friday morning to thank America for “all of the nice statements” about Thursday’s bizarre press conference in which he spent much of 77-minutes bashing the media.
Thank you for all of the nice statements on the Press Conference yesterday. Rush Limbaugh said one of greatest ever. Fake media not happy!

Trump noted that conservative talk radio host Rush Limbaugh called it “one of the greatest ever,” and “fake media” isn’t happy.
Trump’s press conference on Thursday captivated the nation, but not necessarily in a good way. After a 24-minute opening statement that included quotes such as, “Drugs are becoming cheaper than candy bars,” Trump took questions from reporters, who he accused to their faces of pushing “fake news.”
“The press has become so dishonest, that if we don’t talk about it, we are doing a tremendous disservice to the American people,” Trump said. “The press, honestly, is out of control. The level of dishonesty is out of control.”
Since the press conference, CNN has mocked him on Twitter, MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” completely tore it apart and Fox News’ Shepard Smith criticized the situation.
At least Limbaugh has Trump’s back.
