Top women executives in Hollywood gathered on Thursday for TheWrap's annual Power Women breakfast, where keynote speaker California Attorney General Kamala D. Harris discussed the importance of women seeking elected office, while sharing her own journey in public life.

A panel discussion followed with Wendy Greuel, L.A. city controller and candidate for mayor; Cathy Schulman, president of Women in Film and Mandalay Entertainment; screenwriter and journalist Nell Scovell; Anne Globe, chief marketing officer for DreamWorks Animation; and Sharon Waxman, editor-in-chief of TheWrap.
